Working Process
1. Consultation & Discussion:
- Every project begins with a consultation or appointment to discuss your requirements and goals.
- Once we finalize the scope, I plan the project and proceed with development.
2. Work Phases:
- After planning, I start work based on the agreed timeline.
- Regular updates are provided during the development process.
3. Revisions & Reviews:
- Clients can review the progress, and I offer unlimited revisions until complete satisfaction is achieved.
4. Delivery:
- The final product is delivered on or before the agreed deadline. In case of unavoidable delays, I will notify the client and propose a solution.
Communication
I prioritize clear and effective communication to ensure a smooth workflow:

- WhatsApp/Skype: Available upon request for quick discussions.
- Meetings: Detailed discussions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.
Regular updates on the project’s progress and key milestones will keep you informed and involved, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.
Project Managements
Timelines & Deadlines
- I strive to deliver projects on time or earlier.
- If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you promptly and work to minimize the impact.
Revisions & Additional Features
- I provide unlimited revisions to ensure the project meets your expectations.
- Additional Features: Any new features or functionalities requested after the project scope has been finalized will incur additional charges.
Collaboration
- For small projects, I work independently to ensure efficiency.
- For larger or complex projects, I collaborate with my experienced team at Webeliyo, a web design and development company.
- My role includes leading the project and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, pixel-perfect website.
This collaborative approach allows us to efficiently manage large-scale projects by leveraging the expertise of dedicated teams for web development, SEO, and digital marketing. Each team focuses on its specialized area, ensuring seamless integration and delivering high-quality, comprehensive solutions.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth workflow, clients are required to provide:
- Complete project requirements.
- Logo, content, images, and other relevant materials.
- Administrator or hosting access (if necessary).
If you are unsure about any of these requirements, I or my team can assist and guide you through the process.
Note: Delayed input or materials from the client may result in extended timelines.
Payment Terms
Payments for projects are divided into three installments:
- Initial Payment: 30% of the total project cost at the start.
- Progress Payment: 40% after completing 50-60% of the project.
- Final Payment: 30% before delivery or upon completion.
Refund Policy
I aim to deliver work that meets or exceeds expectations. However, in the event of cancellations or disputes, the following refund policy applies:
- Full Refund: If I am unable to fulfill the project due to any issue on my end.
- Partial Refund: If the client cancels the project after 30% or more work is completed, I will retain 20% of the total project cost and refund the remaining amount.
- No Refund: For cancellations made once the project is near completion or fully delivered.
Each situation is reviewed individually, and I aim to handle refunds fairly and transparently.
Quality Assurance
Whether I work independently or with my team, I ensure that:
- The project meets all requirements and is pixel-perfect.
- It is thoroughly tested for functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
Prohibited Projects
I do not accept projects related to:
- Adult content.
- Dating websites.
- Alcohol, marijuana (weed), or other intoxicants.
- Any harmful or unethical content or sites.
