1. Introduction

This Website is owned and operated by Sahab Uddin Mintu, a professional web developer and designer specializing in WordPress, MERN stack, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, PHP/Laravel, and related services. All services provided are for personal branding and professional service purposes.

2. Services Provided

I offer a wide range of web development and design services, including but not limited to:

Custom WordPress Development (themes, plugins, and more).
E-commerce Solutions (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.).
Website Maintenance and Support.
Malware Removal and Security Enhancements.
Business and Corporate Websites.
Custom Web Development (MERN stack, PHP/Laravel).
Design and Development with CMS platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow.

Prohibited Projects: I do not develop websites related to adult content, dating, alcohol, marijuana (weed), other intoxicants, or harmful content.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be structured as follows:

Initial Deposit: 30% of the total project cost before starting.
Progress Payment: 40% after completing 50-60% of the project.
Final Payment: Remaining balance before or upon delivery of the project.

Payments can be made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: If I or my team fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own shortcomings.
Partial Refund: If the project is canceled after 20-30% or more work has been completed due to client-side issues or cancellation, I will retain 20% of the total project cost (or a conditional amount depending on the project and situation) and refund the remaining balance.
No Refund: For services delivered in full or for cancellations made after the project is nearly complete.

5. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the project will be handled securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: Once the project is completed and all payments are received, ownership of the final deliverable will transfer to you, the client.
Portfolio Use: I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Tools: Any third-party tools, plugins, or services used in your project will remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

Issues caused by third-party software, hosting providers, or plugins.
Problems arising from misuse of the website by the client or their users.
Delays or interruptions due to circumstances beyond my control (e.g., technical issues, natural disasters, etc.).

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, I encourage open communication to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where my services are based.

9. Termination of Services

I reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

Non-payment or breach of agreement by the client.
Requests for projects that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Clients may terminate services at any time, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy outlined above.
